Luperox 101 is a methyl ethyl ketone peroxide (MEKP)-based catalyst used primarily in the curing of unsaturated polyester resins (UPRs) and vinyl ester resins.
It initiates the polymerization process at room temperature when combined with cobalt accelerators, making it a preferred choice in the production of fiberglass-reinforced plastics (FRP), casting, and lamination processes.
